Shipping Information
Cartel Del Café believes in using the finest and freshest beans for your coffee. With that in mind, we won’t roast your coffee until you order it. We roast our coffee every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our coffee is shipped out on those same days, unless otherwise stated.
Standard shipping for our packages is via USPS Priority. Standard shipping does not come with a guaranteed arrival date, but tracking will be provided for you to watch your brick’s whereabouts. Other, expedited shipping methods will be available through UPS for those who need their fix to arrive within a specific window.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Non-coffee items may be returned within 30 days from the shipment date. Customers may return kits or mugs or any other defective non-coffee merchandise for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping). Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
Email us at orders@carteldelcafe.com with your order number to request a return, and we will provide you a return label. Once we receive the return, we will credit back the card used within 30 days of receipt.
Coffee/coffee beans are not refundable at any time (we cant do anything with old coffee). If for any reason you find yourself unhappy with your coffee, or if there are mistakes in your order, please contact us at orders@carteldelcafe.com and we will do whatever we can within reason to satisfy you.
